Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

• Express Shipping: 2–5 business days (available at an additional cost)

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, customs, or courier issues.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This will include your tracking number(s), which will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes, which are not included in our prices. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages

NYX Innovations INC. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim.
